You are purchasing a Supervision consultation or sessions which will be conducted exclusively via ZOOM or by telephone if there are technical issues beyond our control.
Each session lasts 1 hour and is conducted in GMT.
The date and time will be agreed once payment is made. Appointments are between 11am and 3pm GMT on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Seven full calendar days notice is required for cancellations or changes otherwise full fee is due and no refunds will be made. By booking you understand and agree to these terms.
